Very bad support.Layyed off employees and did not even gave appraisal for this years cycle and terminated employees with no compensation. Although working within some team was great ,great manager.

No employee friendly,lots of politics,self boasting companies.HR does not takes into consideration the views.

Flexible work timings. Good to adopt new techs Salary on time Festival Celebrations and quatar parties

Huge politics Appraisal and some new tech work will be given only if you are manager favourite Fired people during covid Some managers put papers in every 2-3 years. This manager also comes at 1 pm and make others frustrate always does back biting. They give salary hikes only to there favorite ones

The good thing used to be average compensation and appraisal. Work Life Balance ok.

Dislikes

Interanl Politics within teams and managers too much the Company owners and very high management is just a dust that does not know how to talk to employees. This may be due their BPO culture ,though I was in software division but there is lot of internal politics and that starts from top level of management and HR they don't have policy to motivate and erase the internal politics . Just kind of BPO culture. Not a good environment to work,Location is also out of town.

...yutrip trip are a Lala ki dukan. Because both companies directors(LALA) is same.They gave salary next month of 15-20th after that 8 to 9th reminder.Company not provided ESI,PF and medical facilities. They deduct every month 7000 to 8000 unnecessary from the salary on the name of Lala company policy. Phone have to submitted on Reception. If any people want to spoil his or her life then join this Lala dukan. They are also thieves, they didn't pay if any people resigned from this company.

... drove me into depression, and there was no support from the company whatsoever. Yes, the salary and incentives can be decent, but they come at a huge moral and mental cost. Your earnings depend on how well you can manipulate and mislead people into paying outrageous prices. This is not a company for anyone who values ethics, personal well-being, or professional growth. Overall, my experience was horrible. I would give this company 0 out of 10 and never recommend it to anyone. If you want to destroy your mental health and lose all work-life balance, Fareportal is the place for you. Good luck if you decide to join—you’ll need it.
