There is absolutely no job security. Decisions and plans are very fragile. A complete corporate set up is not yet established.

Its very good company,i am enjoying my work,teammates also supporting me,starting i don't no how will we do the work but my teammates and supervioser supporting me.i am trained up ,6 months once appraisal,i learning so many in this work,i proud of my self it will balancing the work and life also.

Dislikes

I have to work 12 hours straint in a day,sometimes late samples will came to office i have to recieve and will do all process and finished the work handover to lab person.
