1. Salary,perks are comparably low w.r.t Aramco, sabic & others 2. Stay away from some Indian managers, as they are highly ego-centric and non-collaborative and may not be helpful for your professional growth. 3. there is no housing or compound by company

Work culture here is very poor. Dont expect any perks like other company. U will be expected to give your 200% which will not be enough for them. Still don't expect a excellent rating for your work, unless you are a saudi. Dont expect any professional growth here.

Farabi is one of leading Petrochemical Company and world leader in LAB biz is situated in Jubail Industrial City, where i had very good experience. Employees are very friendly and very good work environment. Company follow all standards and sustain maximum value their employees as well stake holders.

Dislikes

Since it is 100% Saudi owned company, they give job priority to Saudis, and it's not safe for non-Saudi workers. i don't want to say 'dislike', but it is fact that they follow and implement rules and regulation of gov as well.

It was good experience, much freedom in work but fully safety conscious during work. Good team but politics is common problem in industry

It was preplanned operations.. so no importance to individual's personal matters.

It was 10years back I was working there. Nice work atmosphere. Supportive WorkingTeam. Quite safety oriented teamwork. No Idea about current situation.
