Work life balance was good.

Dislikes

There is nothing that you can offer in this company. All decisions are taken by owner and their favourite employees which are not favourable for the other employees. Pathetic work environment for those who want to grow.

Those who want to career in tourism, do not join. Only two or three employees are their important. No scope for others. You will not find professionals in Far Horizon from Travel industry.

This is just a office for training purposes. And for junior level have no life balance. Only they are treated like Bandhuaa Mazdur.

Dislikes

No training, job security, career growth, appraisal, travel, politics, work environment, work life balance.. 00... Zero..
