1. People are worst and culture is not good so far. 2. "Micromanagement" is a key ingredient to pressurize you and divert you from doing the work properly. 3. Team leaders are more dangerous and unkind people. 4. Feeling of being trapped will always motivate you to escape and get free. 5. Please do join if you really want to demotivate yourself and make yourself miserable. 6. IIT's and NIT's please stay away.

You will get good in the field Hydraulic, Pneumatic and electrotechnical, PLC. Working in 3D manifold -AS live is very super. Colleagues are very talented. They will help you in your journey here. They are very co-operative. New manager is cool. He will helps you in your further development both technically. I love that i work with this product based company which provides high quality product. Good working project. This has very strong global client base. You will expose new technologies right from their development. They will provide the good platform to learn new technologies. Also one of the good point is Flexible working hours. Good Work life balance.

Salary increment is not good. This is the main reason of Employees leaving this company. Management should provide at least 12% of increment. Also some of the employee benefits are missing. Number of leaves are less. At least Management should increase the sick leave. Also HR policy needs to be reviewed. Medical insurance does not cover your parents/spouse, manager should include this in the Health Policy. Maternity / Paternity leaves should be provided properly. Insurance should provide the Maternity bills.
