Its a fake fraudulent company.. The so called CEO Nelson Vasanth is Pro 420... There is no physical office or any asset exist for this company. Non of its employees even have a company bank account or an employee ID even... Nelson Vasanth who introduce himself as as ex Yahoo is a trained fraud who steels money from many clients nd wanted by Karnataka police.. If you still get attracted by any of his golden promises beware..

This company is not a safe place for girls to work.. the conduct of the guy is very bad and many girls who worked here are sexually assaulted

Only learn new things and get to be a part of good events

Dislikes

Does not offer financial support. Not even reimbursement is done. Need to complete first 6 months as an intern before getting a job opportunity. By then, they extract a lot of work and we are left with nothing, just experience of working and meeting new people/going for events!

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
