It is a fast-paced organisation whether it be work / Client interaction / Employee Interactions etc. If you are not used to a fast-paced working environment then this place is not meant for you.

From the CEO to the HOD's and Managers, everyone is approachable and supportive, always ready to guide and assist during challanges. The only "Con" I can think of is that Fame Keeda has set such a high benchmark for work culture and growth that it's hard to imagine working anywhere else.
