Company rules n policies that keep on changing every month , management is worst . Career growth is worst don't even think about it .salary or appraisal each year they say the same thing that market is worst we r giving as much as possible (500 or 1000 rs) . nothing is there to learn no innovative things and one worst thing is they don't consider your hard work ,they only look how many hours you clocked in & on the system
