New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. No Company is bad People are bad in company Mr. Hajmola He tell him very intelligent and all other as dumb commenting on others personal & professional life according to him all are useless in company he is only productive in company and running business alone he only gossiping in office and making fool to company business is coming their own as per client need he don't bring any business.

No system , blame game humiliating in front for all , NO learning , you'll forget all your skills if you join , you'll feel like labor so better to think before join.
