I have been working here for 3 years. Unfortunately my experience was overwhelming negative due to the company toxic culture and poor management practices, negative attitude & behaviour from Managing Director. Unfair treatment, lack of transparency from the employees and coustomers. Owner is just pathetic and make false ellegation & threatening employees. Just worst work place. Hope this review will help to be aware this lala company.

- Bond (2 Year) Mandatory - No Full and Final & relieving letter provided after employee resignation. - Employees face harassment when they resign.False allegations are made against departing employees. -The owner claims strong industry influence and threatens ex-employees with a one-year employment ban. - Worst work culture. Two things are guaranteed : - Court case against you after resignation from the organisation within one month demanding 1 year ctc. - The owner treat employee as personal servant.
