Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

There is nothing to be liked in Falcon biotech, purely unstable and considering employees as slave.

Dislikes

There is no job security, no career growth, no salary on time, travel expenses has not been cleared. Work environment is pathetic, there is no work life balance. They want 24*7 working hours No humanity. Money minded owner. I hv left company in october 2017 but not received my full and final till date. 2 lakhs pending.
