This is the first company in the world who can decrease your monthly salary after your joining. Lots of things HR/Management can do to snatch away the rights of employee. DONT JOIN. Now there is no job security. HR can ask your resignation by giving so and so reason. Very soon employee will quit this company in bulk.

1- working culture is not okay. If some one get site he will be on site whole year, And some people will wait in office to get work about 5-6 month at same level. 2- Decision making ,Proper solution is not available. 3- Every company has politics but here work without policts is not possible. 4- For travelling with cab you have ask your manager.
