Earn leaves-15, Causual Leaves-10, Medical Leaves-05 and Restricted Holiday-02 and Holidays-07 which is not sufficient enough for those who stays cities far away from NCR. 2.All four Saturday needs to be Off. 3.Credit takers are much more that Credit Builders. 4. No fooding allowance during stay at office. 5. No accommodation allowance to bachelors staying near offices. 6. Seasons based company which effect the body, mind and financial part as you may have to seat idle during office seasons. 7. Project timelines shared by Sales team is less considered based on availability of materials, so achieving targets of project completion made it work extra hours on sites to meet deadlines & this is actual reason of dislike as a work culture.
