1- working culture is not okay. If some one get site he will be on site whole year, And some people will wait in office to get work about 5-6 month at same level. 2- Decision making ,Proper solution is not available. 3- Every company has politics but here work without policts is not possible. 4- For travelling with cab you have ask your manager. You cannot make your choice while you dont have choice

Permanent job security, work culture is friendly, management support to all employees, and policies are average

Dislikes

Leaves are lapse if is on holiday or Sunday, bonus deducted to employee salary and health insurance amount also

Good company for only technician. Company provide health insurance but deduct insurance amount from salary per month.

Dislikes

Mechanical engineer have to do greasing & some time machine Cleaning also to be completed. Mechanical engineer have terrible life in this company because he have to do work like helper. I don't understand why this company hire Engineer because these work can also be completed by helper.

Dislikes

This is the first company in the world who can decrease your monthly salary after your joining. Lots of things HR/Management can do to snatch away the rights of employee. DONT JOIN. Now there is no job security. HR can ask your resignation by giving so and so reason. Very soon employee will quit this company in bulk.

...ou join and through out the journey. 2.Joining process is extremely pleasing. 3. Salary on 7th of every month without fail. 4. Alternatively Saturday and All Sunday offs. 5. Nine Hrs duty with a minimum of 7 Hrs flexible duty hrs. From manager level. 6. All the work and the regular activities are system oriented which makes life easy for everyone and which is visible to everyone. 7.Additional benefits for the Installation department as they have to work tirelessly at site during tough hours to achieve the targets. 8. Yearly Bonus cut from CTC to provide the same at the time of Diwali. 9. Good chance to have international exposure in quick time as lots of jobs are going out side India. 10.Lastly, Everything is good in the company nothing to much pointing out.

Dislikes

1. Yearly Leaves are lesser in quantity. Earn leaves-15, Causual Leaves-10, Medical Leaves-05 and Restricted Holiday-02 and Holidays-07 which is not sufficient enough for those who stays cities far away from NCR. 2.All four Saturday needs to be Off. 3.Credit takers are much more that Credit Builders. 4. No fooding allowance during stay at office. 5. No accommodation allowance to bachelors staying near offices. 6. Seasons based company which effect the body, mind and financial part as you may have to seat idle during office seasons. 7. Sometimes you may feel some politics but it is now become a normal issue.
