Dislikes

This is the first company in the world who can decrease your monthly salary after your joining. Lots of things HR/Management can do to snatch away the rights of employee. DONT JOIN. Now there is no job security. HR can ask your resignation by giving so and so reason. Very soon employee will quit this company in bulk.

1- working culture is not okay. If some one get site he will be on site whole year, And some people will wait in office to get work about 5-6 month at same level. 2- Decision making ,Proper solution is not available. 3- Every company has politics but here work without policts is not possible. 4- For travelling with cab you have ask your manager. Working Hours are 9.15hrs per day which is considerable high, Have to work on holidays and Sunday if site is running, All Site tracking is through Whatsapp and you cant ignore the messages.

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
