Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...nt and culture. Teammates are very supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and quarterly bounus with early bouns every year.

Dislikes

Good to work with KAYPEE electronics and associated PVT LTD, no issues found.

Good coordination with production line supervisor team and our line supervisor is back bone of my working and with fabulous culture activities in there also .

Dislikes

Workers job not security , No promotion to workers so many people working in long time (5 to 10 years) there so just workers .
