HR often appears unapproachable and rarely smiles. This make employees hesitant to reach out with questions and concerns. If She could enhance the interpersonal skills and create a more welcoming atmosphere, it would significantly improve the overall employee experience.

Please don't work here as clinical applications coordinator...They will not teach you..if you read by your own, still they wont appreciate or do anything under this post.. I would recommend a girl under this post only a girl can survive under clinical applications coordinator post.. Because I worked here under this post.....
