Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 2 years before you cannot resign.

our hotel owner & general manager tendancy is good ,he knows what is required to head of department with all hotel team members ,every saturday in hotel hostes a pleasure activities ,also monthly town hall meeting & quarterly picnic out of mumbai ,the atmosphere within the hotel is fantastic ,Management is Excellence.

in fairfield by Marriott hotel few vendors are working style is not good as compare of other hotels vendors ,this vendors is very closed from owners

Mr. Rishabh jain, our general manager is so supportive and relationship between internal department is really great, staffs and management is excellent 👌 Best place to work and grow.

Small property and elevator is slow.

Leadership team is very supportive and corpoerative in all aspects. Immediate supervision is very supportive and understandable.

Salary need to be looked into for the managerial level & aslo in Bangalore market as the cost of living & other expenses is too high for surving.

You can learn so many things from your senior levels.. and working with them feels like you are working with your friends... They never make you feel like your working with your senior levels... They are like your family.. They make you learn from your mistakes .. they give you chance to prove your self...
