They hold my salary for 4 months and now they are telling it is not possible to provide salary I sent mail and they didn't take a single action the GM in the daregoan is a dummy they are making excuses lot of politics inside the company overtime work Lot of scam

Well working environment is healthy and hygenic and no pressure for manager side and good cooperation for Senior managers.

Job security, Skill development and work satisfaction is little bit ok, in average but for the long term it is not good.

Salary increment and promotion is not in company culture. Even you worked more than 5 years. Still they will not think about you. And if you raise anything that time management will They will harass you and will continue to do so until you leave the company on your own.
