... even if you are with your family and in sick leave. every think is urgent here. attrition rate is also high because of low pay as compared to market standards. nothing is there for learning. think of joining only if you have no other options.

Dislikes

cheap mentality as HOD have a thinking that employee who is working from home is not actually working.....favoutism is previlant and it is not based on performance....
