The mid level company always try to do the best for the growth of self as well as employees. Trying to upgrade itself so that compete their rivals that have similar products. Always open to innovations. Being a part of planning team I've learned a lot and keep on learning as new challenges are coming all the time like timely delivery,procurement,production & to maintain quality of product as well as work environment.

Dislikes

Teammates won't support in working as a team. They always love to show their independent work to the management it results as a bad output to the company which limits the growth of the organization.
