Compensation is very poor in FACTSET across all the roles.It is not my opinion instead internal survey conducted by organisation through Glint.As you know that same role people are getting 5 times more in other companies. Work load also increased alot compare to last three to four years.It is ok to have workload but there would certain limits. All we know if company failed to do so additional burden to the employees.

Job security is good. Pay is good with fair amount of increment. Good management with less hierarchical dependency. Company policies are also beneficial and supportive. Good place to work for a long period of time.

Dislikes

Team could work more systematically. Usefulness of employees can be increased.

Salary No flexibility regarding work we need to show 8hrs production and they will hire for one process and along with they give multiple trainings for other process as well and it's difficult to manage and will not get the work satisfaction

...hey directly removed me from job and I never saw this kind of company in life... lastly people who are joining factset for salary please don't go... no job security 0% trust worthy.. I would say reject directly..

No security for job... which is 100% more important for everyone please don't resign job from your precious company if get offer from factset.

1. Work life balance is too good 2. Flexible leave plan at the employee's comfort 3. No politics at the workplace

1. Compensation doesn't match the market standards 2. Job security at risk when there's an uncertain situation (Higher management never consider the employees' well being in such situations)
