Happy to share that FACTSET will provides below benifits to all the employees. Health insurance Food subsidy Transportation

Compensation is very poor in FACTSET across all the roles.It is not my opinion instead internal survey conducted by organisation through Glint.As you know that same role people are getting 5 times more in other companies. Work load also increased alot compare to last three to four years.It is ok to have workload but there would certain limits. All we know if company failed to do so additional burden to the employees.
