The reviews here about company are very misleading. Just because of some wrong hiring the company is gaining negative reviews here. I worked with this company for more than a year as an EA to CEO. Recently i received a call from Facts n Fiction stating that lot of fake negative reviews have been posted here and they want their ex employee to share their honest reviews. After working with facts n fiction i got a job offer from an MNC which a big hike for which i parted my ways in a very professional and heathly manner and management to supported me in this transact . About Facts N Fiction, Directors of the company are fully involved in the micro to macro day to day working of the company. To enhance daily productivity they have setup system of job scheduling and reporting. Non Performers will always have problem with this system and people who really want to achieve and learn professionalism will follow the rule. For me the company SOP's have be benefitted me alot to perform at other companies too.

... have to do multitasking between the two departments which can be avoided a bit. Overall everything is fine, just one thing more company can try increasing pay scales.

they do not give your salary, they do not have ample amount of resources to fund your salary, do not have any code of conduct for themselves. no work life balance. they are the most unprofessional people i have ever seen in my life.
