...noting for employees development and welfare. HR does a basic job of payrolling. You can join the company for short term gain in salary but won't be able to build your career here.

Nothing the only like at faces was flexible timings

Dislikes

Management, specially the HR they do not want to listen to the employees they are more bent toward the higher management. The HOD was bias and had ego issues. There is no professional growth plan or development. You dont get to learn any thing from your management. The accounts team is terrible need to give multiple reminders. The brand doesnt have proper inventory managed its poor to see shrinkages month on month and no solution to it. The IT guys seems to own the company. The WH Team has no clue about the stocks dispatched and received. Never got exact stocks always shortages.

Premerger with Purplle co culture was good, or at least they tried to encourage that.

Dislikes

Post merger co culture took a nosedive. Rampant politics and open favouritism. Cheap thinking people joined and wrecked the work culture, British style divide and rule..

I like all training mams n all faces products quality....

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year...
