...m lead as promised) with people I used to manager who also left my old employer. The salary was high which didn't make sense because we weren't allowed do anything. After training 2 weeks we all sat around with no work. The actual team lead didn't give us anything to do and always told use to contact our recruiter for training even though the team lead job descriptions says that training your team is mandatory. I sat at home for 11 months getting paid to be stupid, there was no communication from my recruitor either and termination was even threatened if I didnt change my shift to weekend work. Last Thursday I was locked out of the system without warning, it turns out all 102 team members had their contract terminated. I managed to get an AML/Compliance manager position so this saved me giving my 1 week notice put there are alot of people who are unemployed now because of facebooks business practices. I'd never apply again as you can't trust American companies,

...elieve that with my experience I should be earning more than 50K annually. I have a family, two small children, and a better salary is really needed with all the expenses we have right now.

The workplace environment is simply amazing, the office is really beautiful and has everything needed. The office doesn't restricts people to cubicles as is has open desks decorated with natural plants along sides which adds to the beauty of the workplace.

...see people enjoying the benefits and you'll always be under constant pressure. And god forbids if you work under Gnepact, no growth, no pay, no hike, just work!!

It's the first employer that treats their employees very well. I have no regrets that my time with Meta has come to an end. I'm relocating outside the US soon and am hoping to find another employer that will be as good as Meta. Extremely thoughtful, intelligent and empathetic colleagues that i have worked with

1. Heavy politics inside the Team. 2. Whatever we say your leads won’t agree and listen you. You should listen them. 3. They remove you suddenly from your job even without inform.
