Monthly Salary is on time, job is secure, Currently top management is taking interest to change the company in a better way. Thats good.

Dislikes

Quality department is not working as it is supposed to, blaming production and engineering for their errors and mistakes. Material inspections are being done on SAP notes and not as per drawings and specifications so the quality isn't as it is supposed to be. Production department has no track of their materials usage as everything is considered urgent even if its not. Engineering department is making mistakes in nestings and material ordering due to urgency of all jobs. Blame game has been going on for long. Shouting is a bad way to treat employees. Anger management classes need to be provided to some people.

no job satisfaction, no appreciation, no salary hike

They will never let u go.. because they don't get the employees appointed due to poor environment and culture..

No system and standard of working.. it's like working in Kirana Store.. No appointment letter, no salary slip and no reliving letter.. means no documents..
