The food part offered is good.The attitude of Group level management is good .Experience wise it's good but ,,work load is too high.

Dislikes

It's a Gujrati Company managed in a very miserly manner.The management has no vision or a clear idea of any decision.The employees are kept in remote factory location which makes life miserable.The transport facilities offered by the company is too poor,,every time u need to beg the HR person for the vehicle.The medical facilities offered is too poor in the factory location.Even people staying outside find too difficult to travel because of no vehicles provided ,,mostly its commen vehicle.The unit level management is too rude..
