Worst company ever. One month salary delay and salary will be provided next month's last week. Hopeless politics. Directors are always gives fake promises. The company will never pay the salary who wants to leaves the company after serveing notice period also.

Dislikes

The company and Directors all are fraud. Late sitting on an average 12 - 13 hours a day still they don't pay the salary. Zero appreciation.

... in super fast trains in AC coaches & some times have been provided air tickets. Top management respects their employees, analyse them against job assign to individual employees & according to that increment in salary.

Sometimes seniors loses trust on his juniors very easily without any fault/justification.

The company works together as a team. The opportunities offered are in dozens, it's the team that needs to pick it up. The support received from seniors and the management is remarkable. I have not only grown professionally but as an individual as well. I am grateful for the opportunities and learnings I have received at Fablab.

I do not dislike working at Fablab at all. I would rather promote working here.
