No growth, no employee satisfaction, partial management, no satisfactory salary. I am working here from last 3 years growth rate are zero, here with your KRA you need to work for other departments also. For example if are from finance then you need to work for IT, R&M department as well. And here if you are highly qualified and you are working as junior then less qualified seniors taunt your " Kya kar liya itna padh likh karna tumhe chhota kaam he pad rha hai" That is demotivate to juniors

Today is 10th October 2024. It is 2nd day of Durga Puja. Suddenly in the middle of Durga Puja the management wok e up from sleep and decided to cancel the planed leave of all store staffs of West Bengal and declared that only one day leave will be granted. In case the decision was shared months back employees should have planned accordingly. However, as it is decided in the middle of Puja. It has made things worst. Complete worthless management.

Fabindia is one of reputed Pvt Ltd company in retail industry. one who wants a good start in his carrier can select fabindia as starter booster. Management is good but it actually depend upon store to store and the working environment of that area.
