I feel the salary package is little less as compare to the sales the company made. It's hard to maintain in the metropolitan city like Bangalore where money is required in every move you make. How wonderful it will be if they take this thing into consideration.

Good work environment and cultural. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Today is 10th October 2024. It is 2nd day of Durga Puja. Suddenly in the middle of Durga Puja the management wok e up from sleep and decided to cancel the planed leave of all store staffs of West Bengal and declared that only one day leave will be granted. In case the decision was shared months back employees should have planned accordingly. However, as it is decided in the middle of Puja. It has made things worst. Complete worthless management.

Fabindia is one of reputed Pvt Ltd company in retail industry. one who wants a good start in his carrier can select fabindia as starter booster. Management is good but it actually depend upon store to store and the working environment of that area.
