Nothing as such. Sometimes, work-life balance becomes issue due to traveling to client sites, however, it is part of consulting job.

There are many positive things about working in this company: 1) Clear vision of management which helps an individual to grow. 2) Work life balance 3) Great culture with a open door policy, the management is always there to help.

For me it was good learning experience. The leadership team is very supportive. Team building activities were fun part of the office. Very open environment. Very cooperative colleague.

They treat employees as their family and tries to help us in all the situations. Work environment is so good and all the staff were supportive to each other, rather than pinpointing the mistakes, everyone works together as a team and try to improvise the process and situation. I still miss Faber a lot it has almost been more than 4 years I moved overseas but I wish I could still get a chance to be a part of Faber once again.

I believe there is no such thing that I didn’t like. I enjoyed each and every phase there.

There is almost a Family like atmosphere in the Office which I cherish. Most of the seniors are very approachable.

Dislikes

Extensive travel leaves very little room for personal interests, but that is just part and parcel of the Consulting field. A few of the Members are a little over-zealous and stubborn at times. Prime focus of Consulting field should be on communication skills, etiquettes, confidence and establishing connections, which is conveniently sidelined. Skills can be taught but personality needs to be developed.
