There is almost a Family like atmosphere in the Office which I cherish. Most of the seniors are very approachable.

Dislikes

Extensive travel leaves very little room for personal interests, but that is just part and parcel of the Consulting field. A few of the Members are a little over-zealous and stubborn at times. Prime focus of Consulting field should be on communication skills, etiquettes, confidence and establishing connections, which is convenientlysidelined. Work Details

Consulting field in itself is very challenging but at the same time exciting. I have genuinely grown as a person and a professional working at Faber Infinite Creative Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Likes

Lot of exposure to different types of organizations, sectors and places. Small team with flat hierarchy.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is poor. Value adding is mediocre. It is good only for freshers and bachelors.

Work is interesting if you are willing to live out of a suitcase. Although, after a while it ceases to add to our skills.
