Flexibility of working hours, maintain 56 hours a week is the target.

1.Management is not good, even if you raise voice about some dissatisfaction over the end of company or any colleague, they will just say sorry and ask you to move on, and later ask YOU to resign, making you the root of all problems. 2.The CEO is totally biased, favours one employee over another. 3.No appreciation for your hardwork, but they will make sure to pin point something over you when all you are doing is your job. 4.Doesn't matter how much time you give in the development of the company, they never acknowledge that, rather they will make you feel that you don't work at all. 5.Whenever there is an issue, WorkFromHome is the solution. 6.No job Security.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
