Work culture is good if stay away from politics (every office scene) Salary is good

Increments are very less likely to happen and incentives are not give on time and also the salary cycle is very odd.

Dislikes

Dislike almost everything here lately, no job security,no appraisals, salary deductions for not achieving unachievable targets. Dumb bosses making dumb decisions taking into consideration of some dumb management team. They're just ruining the company and this might not last long. Salary day is 15th and will be given in cash mode

Likes

The real strength of Fabdiz is there team and the know it well. They work to perfection and make sure every requirement is met for Clients. The Seniors of the company really take care of the team really very and it is really well organised, The work area itself is really nice and the office is really built well for a interiors firm. Usually clients are very relaxed and happy throughout their project. The Ceo and the founder are really good and they are real the right one's for the firm> They run the Company's every objective the very carefully and well organised. There maybe minor errors between projects but the Design Manager used handle it well. I have learnt a lot as a Interior designer the skills and all the aspects for a designer. And it couldn't have been a better place to start.

Dislikes

I don't have and dislikes about Fabdiz. I really enjoy being a interior Designer and I was lucky i got the right place to start.
