There is a lot of policies and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary hike and the bonus are not as enough as to be. Career growth is slow.

You learn so many things about hierarchy , and other joint venture stuff and good for who is fresher in industry

No good salary, have really good company policies but not implemented in IRL, frequent changes in menu because of that customers are confused, don't care about employees

Food is good, decently priced, but the place is amazing, location is amazing, would be a pleasure to eat on a rainy day, loved the place, tried first time.

Overpriced, bad service and terrible food and beverages.

Work culture is inhuman and stressful (pathetic), no Professionalism, Unskilled Management, Policies made to disturb employees mentally and professionally, Unsupporting HR, No Recognition

Didn't see any good support for COVID-19 except work from home and that too with lot of pressure.

Dislikes

Lot of politics. Management will not notice your hard work instead they will see their own pocket first. Work and keep chanting about work then everyone will notice else you are doing nothing.
