Fab-tech Works & Constructions salaries in India

recently I joined as a Mig and Arc Welder in FABTECH WORKS & CONSTRUCTIONS PVT LTD. but the salary is very low. which is 50/- per hours. and company ruls is you have to work 12 hours on every day. and you have to work on sunday also. that mins there is no week off. and at the time of joining they did'nt provide offer letter and on every month, they do not provide any pay slip. but they provide ESIC & PF. But they provide the salary 15th of every month. My joining date is 27/01/2025. So I am really confused is it right or wrong.

I'd love to work for a company that openly values its employees & celebrates their achievements. In one of my previous positions, management encouraged us to support & praise each other, which led to a positive & motivating environment.

Dislikes

There's nothing I really dislike about my current job. Working for my current company has allowed me to improve my skills & learn new tasks, & I'm grateful for those opportunities.

I like working in Fab-Tech because my company provides very good services to its employees. Whenever the employees need any help, whether it is financial help or any other help, Fab-Tech provides help to its employees.
