recently I joined as a Mig and Arc Welder in FABTECH WORKS & CONSTRUCTIONS PVT LTD. but the salary is very low. which is 50/- per hours. and company ruls is you have to work 12 hours on every day. and you have to work on sunday also. that mins there is no week off. and at the time of joining they did'nt provide offer letter and on every month, they do not provide any pay slip. but they provide ESIC & PF. But they provide the salary 15th of every month. My joining date is 27/01/2025. So I am really confused is it right or wrong....Read More
