No job security, any day they can layoff. Toxic work environment and manager driven company, even HR is puppet of managers, there is no help for employees concerns and miseries. HR only cares for employees in their ornamental PPTs and webinars. Every year twice layoff happens and reorganisation happens. They don’t even care to show any reason for the same. Inhuman first approach.

1. Pay is not great, as the hikes are impacted. 2. Recently, inexperienced new mid-level managers got into this position due to the position vacuum as existing people left, some of whom are not very technical but do pretend, and to continue that position, they are involved in politics and favoritism to manipulate the facts and recognition. And due to this, many hardworking engineers are frustrated. This frustartion may reflect in the upcoming employee survey results. 3. On some occasions, tasks get switched so quickly due to a lack of clarity and priority, which gives the impression of immaturity in mid-level managers, but they give excuses for task switching because of upper management. Engineers suffer as a result of this, but not the mid-level managers who decide and waste engineerstime.

The cash cow for the company is their product BIGIP. And majority of technology it uses are outdated, so they have no option but to continue to work on that.

They give more package and lock you there. Very worst India management of F5. They always talk about work culture but that is very very bad in F5. No job security at all.
