They are playing with the future of the employees, they can fire you without any reason of any notice period, if you have full time job also,job security is very very dumb, He will offer many things at the hiring time after one or two months they will take room rent, accommodation

There is no such thing as job security in this company. It's a joke. One founder of this company is a very good person. The other is completely different he can fire any one anytime without giving a single day notice. In my case i got to know about my termination on call at 6pm. Not informed me in advance about anything.
