Dislikes

Incompetent person with zero technical knowledge is working as manager. Blames everyone for his lack of management skills. Pretends so much work is going on but does nothing. If you want to learn something he will pull back. Management has no idea what is going on behind their back. Just trusts some persons blind foldedly. Zero skills to develop.

Salary payment is regular and timely. Young age group of employees. Maintained good Work station.

You will get trapped helplessly on signing 2 nos one sided Bond (of value to the tune Rs. 7 Lakhs on stamp paper), this intention may be illegal, but a person badly looking for a job, under compulsion has to sign the same. There are disputes on depriving statutory Gratuity payment to retired employee. There are too many levels/designation in comparison to the small company business size, which misguides new entrants. Resultantly, pay hike on promotion is very insignificant. Definite Pay Scales with Efficiency Bar, are there for each of the designation/Level but the annual increments are not guaranteed, even on ones very good performance -- thereby the concept of pay scale is useless here.

It's a Small organisation with avarage employee age of 40 years and good co-relation amongst the employees, where outside political influence is very less

Dislikes

Low salary and benefits. Employees are to agree on one sided bonds of Rs.2 to 7 lakhs ranging from 2 to 3 years but their service is not at all secured. I have been denied my legitimate Gratuity payment as per Act of the country.

The Company is having a good brand name and reputation in the market for its products and services. The Management, basically the owners, is following food business ethics and values. The financials and the credit rating of the Company are very good. It's been a cash-positive Company for many years with zero debt. The HR policies are clear and transparent. The Management is open to adopting advanced networking facilities for ease of operation commensurate with the permissible budget for an MSME Organization.

Dislikes

Being a proprietorship and owner-driven organization the main and major decisions are being taken by the owners without allowing the Senior Management professional to have the freedom to make decisions. That sometimes causes difficulties for Senior Management professionals to work freely and take bold decisions. The Management is not willing to grow the business beyond what the Company has been doing for the last several years. This leaves very little opportunity for professionals to grow by taking on larger challenges and responsibilities. There had not been any structured mechanism for people's development and skills.
