... been traumatic, and I strongly advise against accepting any opportunities here. I have faced significant delays in receiving my salary, despite repeatedly requesting it, and this issue persists to this day. The cheap tactics I have been subjected to are both unfair and unethical. It's frustrating to see no response or action on such a basic issue. After speaking with former employees, I discovered that this firm has a pattern of promising to pay salaries, then delaying payment later, and eventually terminating employees without notice or compensation. This has happened to many others, both past and present.

Everything. No salary on time. Suddenly the owner remembers he has to deduct some amount which he paid initially. Then deducts everything without informing. This company transfers salary middle of the night or early morning next day usually on 10th or 11th. Non-stop monitored on camera for your every movement. Take you for team lunch and expects you to keep thanking them verbally and through messages. I was hired for a particular role and support system but then all kinds of work was given to me and asked to complete it without any guidance. Not a positive environment to work. Very toxic work culture.

I’ll detail my experience as an intern - The firm came to our university to recruit interns. Following cv selection and one round of interview, I was selected. The office location is in a dusty lane where no autowallah or taxi wants to go. I walked at least 6kms on a good day and more when there was traffic. They were pretty strict about the timings which I adhered to however there was no work for the interns. Turns out they were hiring interns to substitute for professionals. The interns are not paid. So they get free labour in exchange for which the interns are supposed to get “exposure”. There was none of it whatsoever. Further, my immediate supervisor some Tejashri would harass me from time to time often driving me to tears. It was emotionally exhausting working over there. One day while at work I got a pancreatitis attack with flu. I had to drive straight to the hospital where I was told I had over 104 degrees of fever and 150/100 BP. And yet, in between getting admitted, I was mailing them to give me research work at least because I knew they will not give me an internship certificate otherwise. I must have sent them at least ten mails in the course of one week that I was in the hospital. Neither did I get a reply nor a certificate due to which my University debarred me from giving my end term examinations. All in all, if you want to constructively learn or even gain some decent work experience- this place is not for you.
