Building up positive relation with your staff and students is the best thing one can have at Maxfort. When you see that students are accomplishing their dreams you feel contended.

There is nothing good apart from its proximity from my home.

Dislikes

There is no respect to teachers. Principal is very arrogant and does not listen to anybody. Time management and no proper job allocation is another frustrating aspect. Overall not a good school for teachers.

It was my first job and the schools infrastructure was apt. Proper stress was laid on co curricular activities.

Dislikes

No stress was given on studies..as the students were mainly from elite class. so , they already have home tutors. N teachers were treated really badly..in terms of workload and working environment . no students were send to other schools for competitions..how will they get prepared for future... Teachers were not allowed to sit in class. No.free period was given.. We use to take 35 to 40 notebooks everyday to.home for checking...its was the situation of maxfort pitampura...in 2013 when i joined there as PRT SCIENCE.
