Favoritism at it's peak in some departments. Not much opportunities. Highly unethical HR specially Kavita Anand who openly bad mouths the senior leadership and puts others down. The company should remove a few people from the firm.

Job role was not cleared at the time of joining. No training sessions were organised. Management is not helpful at all. They can fire at any time

Job security zero No training sessions. No proper feedback by manager. Demoralisation. No job role explanation Management is very poor If you don't know enough Oracle then don't join the company

The company is open to innovate and adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. I also like the employee re-hire policy is here.

Company with evil management and do not expect work life balance.

Dislikes

High work pressure with strict wfh policies. Managers do not appreciate your work. No training for fresher. Generally have to work on sat sun.
