If you work for 2 years, irrespective of the salary & hike, then only they'll consider you or trust you as their employee. If not you are just another piece of CV/Resume. Even if your performance is mediocre, they'll keep you on job. Work life balance for backend teams is pretty good but to the field teams it can be pretty hard, it can be understood as they are into service industry. Learning & Development in terms of employee's personal growth is absolutely "Zero", in terms of training on their systems can be graded between Average to above avaerage.

In Mumbai office there is lots of politics are played with you even you are working with your employees they will play politics with you they harrasment the employees in front of you they wil be sweet at your back they start speaking all bad words and pass bad comments and even there is a manager she has lot of ego she will start harrassing you you will feel demotivated what she tell to do something if it doesn't happen she will be getting vary angry and start blaming to you

The team members are very good and they support each other, the manager also so friendly with everyone Other department colleagues are also nice with everyone in the office. Such a friendly environment in the work place Best company 👍
