I enjoyed working at EZI Drive to send travels Private Limited because the company provides me freedom and independence to take decisions regarding promotion and other Responsibility

Dislikes

What I dislike about the company is the need to directly report to the boss for every decision which often centralise control. This can sometimes limit our ability to take important decisions and contribution to more effectively to the company’s growth

Likes

EZi Drive is a great place to work and is a foundation for a better career aspects in future companies. There is no work pressure as such so learning is fun. Here employees work 12-hour shift as well and do not complain of being tired as working here is fun and you never know when your shift ended.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
