Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

Dont joint this level company salary and appraisal not increase only increase 800 to 1000 below. And its company not proper accounting , its bad job for me and senior people are not handle very well to all he is not care abt employee.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

I am a part of Ezeego1 tour and travel and i actually like the Behavior with and everything is good, everyday i get new experience, new clients, every day u have to gain something new, I love to be the part in Ezeego1 and such a good experience, the Company is a innovative and very punctual in timing and in all the rules and regulations which impressed me a lot

And for me experience letter such a important thing Because for Archive my goal i have to gain some of experience And the company didn't give me the experience so as per my opinion if the company didn't ready to give the letter then there is no meaning to do job there.

There are some Managers who are handling the new employees according to his/her mood or likes and dislikes. There are huge Monopoly. There Prices are most of the time on higher side as compare to other travel companies. Good to work but I felt for a long time there is no growth.

The work culture is really bad. They hire people from outside who do not know how things work in ezeego1, new manager sets a new process and resigns in 3 months leaving all other employees confused.

Dislikes

Lot of politics in regards to promotion and also in regards to lateral moment of employees. People in sales have to stay in department come what may.
