They have not given me the salary as well as Experience letter also . 4. Their is no leave for you till 6 months, in case of emergency only you can only take 1-2 leaves. They don't care about your problmes either it's serious or familiar, only their works matter here. 5. For Boys, their is no Survival here. I have worked here for atleast 1 year, but I have no Experience for this company according to their policies. I have served the notice period for 30 days, but they have not paid the Salary to me till now. 👉Likes Nothing. There is no good thing about Ezbiz Technologies. I will never recommend anyone to join this company. 👉Dislikes Everything. Worst company ever. Works on very old technology and will never listens to their employees. Many times employees suggested them to work in a way that can benefit the company but they never listened. Working hours are 9-10 hours per day. They do unnecessary meetings each day. Even if employees performs well, they were scolded every time, everyday to perform well and deliver more in less time. They will force you to work on saturdays too without any extra pay. They don't even count working hours of any employee. Some of employees works 10 hours and get nothing and some of them work for 11 hours and still gets nothing. No incentives, No appraisals on time, no leaves, no growth, no work life balance. Work Boring and no growth in this company. I resigned having no other job in my hand just because there is no growth. In spite of working too many hours and performing well no appreciation is given. Everything is awesome.But I am waiting for my increment.I think my roles and responsibilities are so big for this organisation but salary will be very less. I know that I can deserve 18000-20000 in that position. After new year 2021 my needs will be increased, then I should definitely go for the incrementation. I have the ability to co-ordinate with the team, seniors and play an important role for the organization.
