No learning and growth, have to butter the seniors, low salary, hell for introverts. But but you will really enjoy the culture here, company spends a lot here for team bonding activities

The Good thing is the relation we had in our team and the occasional team events and dinners. The office was a vibe.

During seasons, it is very stressful and would have to work long hours and the salary for the analytics team were very low

Working hours are fine. No work pressure outside of 9-5

Salary, benefits, unsupportive work culture. Nobody will stand by you everyone will look for someone to put the blame on and noone is of much help, everyone is as clueless as a layman!

...didates hence doesn't take freshers in internal interview... Lack of learning... But you will enjoy as work life balance is very good also salary and hikes are very good

No client interaction, less domain knowledge, structure of the organization is like everything is in counselor hands and sometime they are from different technology so they are not well equipped for the right project.
