Nothing, I didn't find anything good in that organisation within my 2 years of work there

Everything 1. Office dirty politics 2. No transparency 3. Micro-Management 4. Very little or no hike in salary and they will give you same excuse every year that US and Europe market are down 5. No promotion, how can you expect a promotion when the organisation is struggling to pay you yearly hikes 7. No cab service 8. No subsidised cafeteria 9. No work life balance, they will ask you to work on Saturday as well. 10. No benefits over and above your salary 11. No team outing or any team activity, its always work, work and only work 12. The manager will always act like a boss, never as a leader 13. Whenever any project will have some mistake, they will out the blame on their juniors and leave no chance to take creadit if project will get appreciation from the client 14. Toxic culture and environment 15. They will make you fake promises regarding the work during interviews and then you will find that the work is totally different. 16. THINK BEFORE JOINING EY GDS. ALWAYS CONSIDER ANOTHER COMPANY OVER IT.

Work Life Balance is the biggest con. There is no single day when an employee can go to sleep without worrying about the next day's potential escalations. Work is always too much.

The company is open to adopt latest technology: I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Most of the time, I had to work for 18 - 20 hours in a day due to tight schedule of client's deliverable, I had to attend business calls in the evening and most of the time late night calls as well. Partner and managers do not value an individual's core strength, knowledge base, etc. and always ignored my suggestions most of the times, however, the same idea used to be accepted when client is annoyed with their ideas or suggestion and the blame game starts. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisal. Also, there is not enough subjective training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes. The most importantly no room for personal life and micro management by senior leaders which leads to dissatisfaction.

This company is a pay master. Compared to other similar companies, this company pays very well, just the employee has to be allocated to any project

Dislikes

Company hired a lot of employees because they were expecting an organizational split, now they want to downsize. They are using 'Return to office' as a tool to downsize. So, whoever is far from office locations who cannot go to office, this is a huge drawback

It may be good for those delagates work and bootlickers.

Dislikes

Hell, lots of dislikes. No/showoff culture, poor management, pay less and victims of their bad decisions which ruins career's and personal life.
